Great simple to use program. Allows multiple layers. It only lack resizing algorithm to minimize image distortion when enlarging image

I love this program that is included into an old version of Windows. I just got a new computer and couldn't find the disk that had it as an extra program. I use it to layout my Twitter ads with photos. I'm so glad it's a freeware app.
