I still use Image Composer for quick and easy illustrations or tweaks. It even works on my new machine that runs Windows 11. It would be fantastic if someone bought this program and upgraded it with additional features, keeping the simplicity the way it is.
I love this program that is included into an old version of Windows. I just got a new computer and couldn't find the disk that had it as an extra program. I use it to layout my Twitter ads with photos. I'm so glad it's a freeware app.
